I instructed Property Legal to act on my behalf for the conveyancing for property purchase in Newquay in mid Sepemeber this year. I needed a quick turn around as the vendors were emigrating in November and accepted my low price on agreement that we would be completed quickly. I had never heard of Property Legal and was recommended to use them by the vendors' estate agent (Express Estate Agency), so I took their advice and hoped for the best. I wasn't disappointed. Catherine Jordan and her team were fantastic; they kept in touch personally throughout by email, phone and text and they didn't mind at all when I kept badgering with queries and details which may seem trivial but in the stressful process of buying a house, these are big deals to those involved. PL staff were accommodating, reactive and efficient throughout. They encouraged the other parties' conveyancers along when they were dragging their heels (we had a property transfer from my previous relationship and the vendors' solicitors to deal with too) and we managed to complete by the deadline of the 29th October.

Buying a house can be stressful at the best of times but fortunately, the team at Property Legal were at hand to provide much needed advice and guidance. Each call/email/requested were dealt with within hours (sometimes outside normal working hours) and their personal touch really speeded up the whole buying process – if only the vendor's solicitors were just half as good as them!
